Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to the Intro Pack’s validity and availability. Late cancellations and no-shows are fully chargeable.

- The Intro Pack is 3 sessions of 50 minutes each, valid for 1 week from your first session.
- Full payment in advance is required to confirm a slot.
- Cancelling or rescheduling 12+ hours before a session keeps it eligible to be refilled within your Intro Pack’s validity — rescheduling is your responsibility to arrange with the studio.
- Cancelling with less than 12 hours’ notice, or not attending, is fully chargeable with no refill.
- All payments are non-refundable. In any situation not covered above, the studio’s decision is final.
