studio policies

Booking & payment

• 100% payment in advance is required before the day of the session.
• A slot is only considered booked once payment is complete.
• Partial payments or installments are not accepted.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancelling & rescheduling

Intro Pack

• The Intro Pack is 3 sessions of 50 minutes each, valid for 1 week from your first session.
• Full payment in advance is required to confirm a slot.
• Cancelling or rescheduling 12+ hours before a session keeps it eligible to be refilled within your Intro Pack’s validity — rescheduling is your responsibility to arrange with the studio.
• Cancelling with less than 12 hours’ notice, or not attending, is fully chargeable with no refill.
• All payments are non-refundable. In any situation not covered above, the studio’s decision is final.

Group, Duet & Private memberships

• A no-show, or cancelling without advance notice, is fully chargeable.
• A late cancellation is fully chargeable.
• An early cancellation requires a minimum of 12 hours' notice.
• A timely cancellation can be used to cancel, reschedule or refill the class.
• Refill classes from a timely cancellation must be taken within the same week, or before your membership's validity expires.
• If your replacement slot falls on a different day or time than usual, rescheduling it is your responsibility.
• Refill classes cannot be rescheduled once booked.
• A refill class is an additional class scheduled on a different day and time. It is not a replacement or change to your original class time.

Membership validity

• Every membership is subject to its stated validity period.
• Remaining classes are carried forward past expiry only in the case of a renewal — otherwise, they lapse.

Freezing your membership

Your membership can be frozen for travel plans or long holidays.

Renewing your slot

• To continue in your preferred time slot, renew at least 3 sessions before your membership expires.
• If it isn't renewed in time, that slot becomes available to someone else.
• A late fee of ₹2,000 applies to payment made after the renewal date.

General studio policies

• Shoes are not required in the studio.
• Pilates socks are mandatory and are available for purchase at the studio.
• Oily hair, jewellery, long nails and sharp objects are not permitted during class.
• Each session is 50 minutes.
• The studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of valuables or belongings.
• Phones should be on silent during class — please take emergency calls outside so as not to disturb the group.
• Hygiene and sanitisation matter: please sanitise and return any equipment or props you use to their place after class.

Anything not covered above

Under any other situation, the decision of the studio is final.
